How it works
What working with Mango actually looks like.
Who’s involved, what we need from you, how we keep disruption low, and how you’ll know it’s working.
- 01
A first conversation
Twenty minutes with Brett or Sammie. We ask about your sales team, what’s slowing it down and what you’ve already tried.
If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
Outcome: You know whether there’s a worthwhile opportunity.
- 02
The review
A few short sessions with your team. Here’s what that involves.
Who’s involved
- You
- Your sales manager
- 3 to 4 salespeople
What we need from you
- A look at your CRM or sales system
- Recent enquiries and quotes
- The numbers you already track
Outcome: A prioritised plan you can act on, with or without us.
- 03
Small changes first
Together we agree the workflow, who approves what before it reaches a customer, and which few people test it first. The rest of the business keeps running as normal.
We check how it’s being used and fix what isn’t working. Nothing goes to the whole team until it has worked for that first group.
Outcome: Proof it works in your business before it’s rolled out.
- 04
Rollout and coaching
The whole team gets hands-on coaching on the new way of working. Managers learn what to look for and how to coach it each week.
Outcome: The new way of working becomes the normal way.
- 05
Review and improve
We agree up front which numbers you’ll watch, for example reply times, follow-ups done and conversations booked. Then we review them with you regularly.
- Reply times
- Follow-ups done
- Conversations booked
- Quotes won
Outcome: You see what’s improving, and decide what comes next.
Nothing goes to the whole team until it has worked for the first group.
Our philosophy
The best AI solution isn’t necessarily the most sophisticated. It’s the one that makes a worthwhile difference.
We believe in
- Commercial value before technology
- Practical implementation before hype
- Human capability alongside AI
- Clear ownership and accountability
- Measuring what can genuinely be observed
- Continuous improvement rather than one-off enthusiasm
