How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect what you enter: your name, business email, company, role, website, team size, area of interest, event details if you ask about speaking, and your message.

The Free Sales Scorecard runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us. If you book a review and tick the box to share your result, we receive your score and three focus areas with your enquiry.

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, prepare for that call and provide any services you engage us for. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email through a form service (Web3Forms), which may process data outside Australia. We use email and business software providers to run Mango. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Storage and security

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through our contact page. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
